Project: To produce and distribute a filing system consisting of 500 sets of 114 colour coded files. Compliance regulation and information for Praxair Safety and Environmental Services Department.

At a Glance:
• One hundred and fourteen separate regulations were divided into six different colour groups. Each unit of 114 consisted of a hanging file folder with mylar tab and a printed, diecut insert file folder.

• Barcam sourced the hanging file folders in six colours, located matching stock for the insert files and tab inserts— printed, scored and diecut the insert file folder

• A special shipping container was designed with an insert that allowed the file folders to hang for ease of assembly. The individual files in each colour group were clipped together with a metal clip.

• We were required to produce 5 complete sets in 5 working days for a special program launch in Cleveland Ohio.

• Through careful planning and expertise gained from similar programs for other clients, the team of professionals at Barcam were able to deliver a superior product, ahead of schedule and below budget.

Project:
Develop a P.O.P. Counter Display for Customer Packages Goods and Accessories

At a Glance:
• Once the number of units and accessories per display were decided upon, Barcam first selected materials and designed the construction of the display, header and hardware.

• After construction and materials had been approved, Barcam designed the header and display graphics using copy and stock transparencies from our client.

• Digital, full colour output was mounted to a full size mockup. Our client was then able to proof and approve the entire display in a form close to final, production quality.

• A master pack for pallet storage and shipping, was also designed so that the display may be pre-packed complete with product and accessories. The header stores behind the display and is easily installed on the display at the merchant level.

• From supplied product, accessories, copy and transparencies, an attractive, functional and cost effective P.O.P. display was manufactured, on-time, on-budget that met all of our client’s expectations.

Project:
Assemble and Distribute a Motivational Dish and Stone Set Gift Package

At a Glance:
• Design a gift box and a printed message card. A dish and stone set was then assembled into a box.

• Develop a database to provide an initial distribution worldwide to middle and senior levels within Nortel Networks.

• Provide online ordering of gift package to Nortel Networks. By accessing Barcam’s Fotofile, employees can view a digital photograph of gift package and by inputting name and address information Barcam will provide fulfillment.
