This online program allows employees to personalize and order
their own stationery online. Authorized employees at decentralized
locations can go online to order their own business cards, labels,
memos, compliment cards, personalized note paper, or any kind
of stationery product which requires personalization.
Here's an example. The employee enters the site with a designated
password, views the sample stationery and then enters their personalized
information which is then stored in a database. The software
is developed so that templates are created with easy to use drop
down menus which have the addresses, telephone, fax and email
info pre-programmed to avoid any costly type errors. The employee
submits the file, proofs their request online, and submits order
for printing. The order is then confirmed by email with an expected
shipping date and tracking number.
