i) Completely Online - The user accesses and views the form online, completes electronically, and prints off finished version. Literally removing the need for pre-printed materials if desired.

ii) Print on Demand - The user views the form online, prints directly to their laser printer, and manually completes the form.

iii) Order Online - For those who prefer to maintain a pre-printed format, the forms can be viewed and ordered online, and the printed forms are then shipped to the required location.

This centralized systems allows the forms administrator to track their inventory more effectively, view forms with minor variations in a PDF format prior to ordering, control corporate standards, and review and control forms which have become outdated and obsolete.
