involved with maintaining inventory, distinguishing varying content,
and determining appropriate storage location. Barcam can create
an online Documentation and Forms library, which literally catalogues
all the companies forms in a PDF format for online review.
This system provides the user with 3 options:
i) Completely Online - The user accesses and views
the form online, completes electronically, and prints off finished
version. Literally removing the need for pre-printed materials
if desired.
ii) Print on Demand - The user views the form online,
prints directly to their laser printer, and manually completes
the form.
iii) Order Online - For those who prefer to maintain
a pre-printed format, the forms can be viewed and ordered online,
and the printed forms are then shipped to the required location.
This centralized systems allows the forms administrator to
track their inventory more effectively, view forms with minor
variations in a PDF format prior to ordering, control corporate
standards, and review and control forms which have become outdated
and obsolete.
Typical applications for these online services would include:
Legal or inter-departmental proofing and approval of
forms with highlighting and editing capabilities
Online viewing with Salesmen and clients for review of
updates
