Archived Items
Many of Barcam clients produce a variety of marketing and
printed items from year to year, and as time goes by, these items
become outdated, and even forgotten about. This may include:
Annual and Quarterly reports
Product User Guides and Catalogues
Corporate newsletters and publications
Product photographs, drawing, illustrations etc.
When outdated,these items may no longer be readily required,
but are still needed for reference. Unfortunately this can take
up lots of space, and time for your administrative department
to organize and track. It can be a stationery dilemma!
Barcam can simplify this by creating an online Archive Library.
Since 1972 Barcam has provided Warehouse
Management Services which has included the storage and distribution
of archived items. We have now integrated this service with our
online capabilities so that our clients can have an online archive
catalogue produced for viewing, and the items can either be stored
at a Barcam warehouse facility and shipped directly to required
location, or when possible, saved as PDF files for user download
and printing.
This centralized location eases the process of locating backdated
items, and provides accessibility for these kinds of materials
company wide.
